Product Description
What Size Do I Need?
Boxing gloves are measured in ounces. The 8 and 10oz gloves are ideal for professional bouts or bag/pad work. The 12oz gloves are also good for bag/pad work. The extra weight in a 12oz glove will help to build stamina and punching power. Whilst the 14 and 16oz are designed for free sparring.
How Do I Take Care Of My Gloves?
After ever bout you should make sure that you air and dry your gloves out. This is important because your gloves are made from leather and any perspiration that has gotten on to the gloves is acidic and will begin to break the leather down.
What Else Should I Consider?
Apart from taking into consideration the training environment in which you are going to use the gloves you should also consider hand wraps. Whilst Windy Boxing Gloves are a very supportive glove in terms of hand and wrist protection a pair of hand wraps will give you that extra bit of protection and support.

when it comes to shopping im one of those guys that does shop around and research my potential purchases. i actually came across Windy from a number of posts i read on sherdog. however i was still not totally convinced about Windy, so i decided to contact customer service. i have to say these guys are really good and know what they are talking about. i wanted some answers on why Windy was better than other brands. i was expecting a very bias answer, but i was surprised by their response. they basically went through the other brands very objectively laying out the pros and cons of each. however the real deal sealer on me purchasing these gloves was that i was looking for a snug fitting glove with good wrist support. i've used muay thai gloves before and due to the short cuff ended up damaging my wrists. with these gloves whilst wrist injury is always there i feel that Windy has really put some thought into these gloves and i feel very confident they are going to do the job. it's only early days at the moment because ive just receive them, but im sure these gloves are going to see me through a lot of tough training sessions. cheers guys keep up the good work. I purchased the Windy Brown Proline Boxing Gloves just over a week ago and they arrived yesterday. One of the things that impressed me that the shipping was from Thailand and they arrived extremely quick.Price Communication Item as described Quality Delivery
My first impressions of the gloves is that they are fantastic quality. I have yet to test them out in training, but just from trying them I have to say they are one of the best fitting gloves I have worn. The padded palm gives a real nice fit on the hands and the long cuff feels very supportive.
Really looking forward to testing these bad boys out in next weeks training sessions. (Posted on April 1, 2012)
