We ship worldwide from Europe and Thailand with delivery times averaging at 5 - 10 business days upon dispatch .

Windy Boxing will look at each individual claim for a refund on its own merit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Windy Boxing . Our policy is that should you wish to return your purchased then you must do so with the original receipt and original packaging within 7 calendar days of purchase.

All items returned to Windy Boxing must be in a saleable condition, in the original packaging.

All items returned are subject to inspection prior to any refund being issued.

No product returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Windy Boxing issued authorization number [RMA] -- shipments without an authorization number will be refused. Buyers are to ship their product via a method that provides a tracking number and a signature upon delivery. If a Windy Boxing representative does not sign accepting receipt of a package, Windy Boxing accepts no liability for a buyers package or any lost product. If a buyer sends a purchased product to Windy Boxing without following these guidelines, Windy Boxing retains the sole right to refuse delivery of such return or deny credit. With the exception of the defective unit exchange and unopened package [within 7 days] return policies stated above.
